Coaching

Ongoing guidance as you build.

Coalition coordinators carry a lot of weight in relative isolation. Coaching is where you get a steady, honest thinking partner who's held the same weight — so the hard weeks don't rewrite your whole strategy.

What it is

A steady thinking partner.

1:1 or small-group coaching with a COS Guide who's coordinated coalitions themselves. Sessions are practical and grounded — we work on the actual meeting on your calendar, the actual partner going quiet, the actual grant report due Friday. Coaching is the natural next step after training, or a strong first step for coordinators who inherited a coalition mid-flight.

Who it's for
  • • Coalition coordinators in their first five years in role
  • • Directors of veteran-serving prevention teams
  • • Coordinator peer groups from adjacent counties or campuses
  • • Anyone who feels like the coalition is quietly resting on their shoulders
What you walk away with
  • A place to think out loud without having to protect anyone's ego
  • Concrete next steps every session — not vague reflection
  • A steady record of what's working, what isn't, and what to try next
  • Confidence in your own judgment as a coalition leader
  • Fewer 2am worry spirals about whether you're doing this right
Typical Format

3–6 month packages, with one hour-long session each month. 1:1 coaching or small-team sessions of 3–5. All virtual.

Between Sessions

Unlimited email support. Accountability checks, reminders, and gentle nudges for continued growth.
