Bio
Dave Closson is the founder of the Coalition Operating System and DJC Solutions, LLC. A veteran and longtime prevention professional, he has spent his career inside coalitions — coordinating them, training them, and coaching the people who lead them. COS grew out of that work: a practical operating system built from what actually helps a coalition move as one, not what only sounds good in a strategic plan.
